PHBA Developers buy land, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control, and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end. 

PHBA Builder/Renovators coordinate the construction of homes and buildings.   They hire skilled tradespeople and manage the overall quality control and quality assurance.   Builders are licensed with Tarion Warranty Program.

Professionals design and create homes and buildings and design land servicing.  They can be professional planners, engineers, architects, architectural end engineering technologists.   In Ontario, anyone wishing to provide design services to the public must carry a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) and professional liability insurance at a minimum or belong to a licensing body.  

Construction relies on a sophisticated supply chain.   Suppliers of building materials are critical to the success of any project.  Suppliers provide everything from sand and gravel right through to roof shingles and plumbing fixtures. 

RenoMark identifies professional contractors who have agreed to abide by a renovation-specific Code of Conduct. The Renovators Mark of Excellence makes it easy for homeowners to identify participating professional renovators who have agreed to provide a superior level of service.
